Planning a trip properly takes longer than most people expect. Researching hotels, comparing itineraries, figuring out which tour operator is actually good versus just well-marketed, remembering to book that restaurant three months in advance. That's what I'm here for.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means when we work together, you have my full attention.

Hotels, Resorts & Villas
Booking a hotel through me isn't the same as booking it yourself. Through my partnerships with over 4,500 luxury properties worldwide, I can add perks that aren't available to the regular public: room upgrades, early check-in, hotel credit, welcome amenities, and direct contact with the property before you arrive. You pay the same rate. You just get more.
No fee if you've already narrowed down your choice and your chosen hotel is part of our Preferred Partners network. If you need me to search for a few options, there will be a one-time research fee of €50.

This is the full service. After a call to understand your travel style, your non-negotiables, and the kind of experience you're looking for, I build your trip from the ground up. Flights, hotels, transfers, activities, restaurant reservations, and anything else that needs organising. Every element is chosen deliberately. Nothing is filler.
Once your itinerary is finalised, you'll get access to a personal travel app with everything in one place. I stay available throughout your trip in case anything needs adjusting on the ground.

Platinum Plan
For those who travel several times a year and would rather not think about the logistics each time. With the Platinum Plan, you have ongoing access to my planning services for a set number of trips across the year. One point of contact, one consistent level of service, no per-trip fees.

Travel planning fees don't include VAT, which will be added at the time of invoicing.
There's a late booking fee of €200 for trips planned within 60 days of departure. The Platinum Plan is exempt from this fee.
All itinerary planning fees are paid in full before work begins and are non-refundable.
If you find a lower rate for a hotel I've recommended, let me know. In most cases I can match it, and still add the perks on top.
